Dinner at Amici

My first entry for the year!

My co-employees and former co-employees agreed to have dinner at Amici since it's the best option for our group and it's close to the Ayala-Triangle Christmas lights.

I like Amici. Beside it's yummy food it's budget friendly also.

Spaghetti Al Pomodoro Pasta (P198) The pasta texture is just right, soft and yet firm. The pomodoro flavor is a classic pasta that you can't get sour on. Nice pasta.

Tutta Carne (P364) This pizza compromises of Italian sausage, ham, and pepperoni. Meaty and cheesy. The pizza dough is quite thin and crispy but not totally so that you can taste the full flavors of the ingredients of the pizza. Yummy!

Frutti di Mare (P378) Ingredients are: squid, shrimp, mussels, and clams. If you love seafood and pizza then you should try this. The seafood ingredients complements each other and the cheese wraps up the flavor and nice texture of the pizza. It was overwhelmingly delicious.

Linguine al Salmone Cremoso (P310) I don't like salmon on a pasta so I didn't try it but my friends said that it was yummy and creamy.

Mango Passion (P134) Sweet, Gelato-Cake and very nice.

Rouge Cake (P145) voted as best dessert last 2012, and true in fact that it is truly the best. the gelato layers are creamy and yummy. The top layer is sweet and heavenly, a truly scrumptious dessert.

Sansrival (82) Nice nutty and chewy delight. Love the butter-cream.

Mango Sansrival (P125)

Amici-Caramia is a blockbuster restaurant that offers good italian cuisine and very very yummy desserts (especially their gelato-cakes) Amici is also a budget friendly, and group friendly restaurant that makes it even better.
