Confined!! Anniversary at Med City

I was hoping that i will not have any medical concerns this year or at least not this month since the last time I got here was also the month of july with the same reason. Recurring Kidney Stones.

I'm fine with Medical City since they are one of the best hospital here in the Philippines, and they have great doctors, nurses, and restaurants around the compound. I'm just hoping that I will purse my diet and exercise afterwards.
