I loooove pancakes!! 

I remember when I was younger, I had the best Mango Pancakes ever!! (English Bakery, Boracay) and at that moment I start to explore to try every pancakes in every restaurants out there.

Saturday: Rest day and bored. I have a knack for cooking experiment. 

Budget: P30 / $.60

Today I made 2 pancakes

You could just raid your pantry and make pancakes out of what you have.

In my pantry I have

1 egg

1 bottle of strawberry jam

1 Organic chocolate tablets

1 Marshmallow creme

1 cup of milk

Banana

Butter

1 Small Pancake mix (Only thing I bought, everything is in my pantry)

1) Mix the egg w/ the pancake mix and milk.

Hong Kong Disney Land (part 1) - Day 4

4th day of our trip and we went to Disney Land and all of us are really looking forward to have fun!

We had our breakfast the hotel (which by the way, it's a buffet of pastries, eggs, fruits, bread, and jams! no hot meals but it's okay) and leave around 9am. The weather was a little humid but there are rain clouds.

I was so happy that after a year I'm able to go back to the happiest place on earth! =)

Hong Kong Day 3 - Ngong Ping 360

Day 3 of my Hong Kong Vacation.

It's my first time to visit Ngong Ping 360 and I'm really excited about it. Although it was raining hard before we ride the long cable car but after some time rain stopped and they allow people to get in.

Our group was able to buy ticket around 11:15 am and realized that the departure time is around 11:30 am and all of us rushed to the immigration to be able to catch the ride. It was a nice experience :)
