Before we went to Portofino Beach, we went to AA BBQ for lunch. Most of the people I know that went to Cebu, told me to eat at AA BBQ since it's cheap and delicious.
The grill had variety of food selections that are not yet cooked so all of the meat, seafood are fresh. We went there and few people are eating and after 15 min, people flock to eat. It's like a blockbuster movie.
Selection / Counter Menu
Grilled Pork Belly. The meat was not over cooked nor under cooked it cooked right. The meat was savory and tender, meat juices flows when pressed. It was delicious and very savory indeed. winner.
Spicy Philippine Chorizo. It's a new flavor on my taste bud, it was spicy and yet a little sweet. It was so good and I can't stop eating that darn thing.
I forgot the type of sea clams these are. But these soup is so delicious, it's good to eat this dish especially if you like shellfish and soup at the same time. The soup was refreshing and good combination with the pork belly.
Crispy Calamares. Crispy, Juicy, and Mouthwatering. Award.
Ok, if you think these items will cost you around 1,000 - 1,500 pesos / $23 - $36 then you are so wrong! the bill is just P470 / $11. By the way, we split the bill among the 3 of us, plus we ordered soda. Now, How's that for a big and fresh lunch?!
